  1. Why purchase from us, VillageShoesFresno.com?
    • We are a local small business Christian company that strives to deliver your highly sought out shoes.
    • We are celebrating over 50 years of service in the Central California Valley and now serving our 50 US states and Canada.
  2. Is this product really in-stock?
    • Pre-Order titled items are not in-stock items and have estimated shipping dates (when they leave our store to you) as you add to cart. 
    • Regular items (not titled pre-order) that you're successfully able to add to cart are typically in-stock 99% of the time. Human error is inevitable even on our best days though.
  3. When will my order ship?
    • We process shipping orders within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). Orders placed before 12pm PST may ship the same day (not counting Saturday-Sunday). Orders after 12pm will ship next business day (not counting Saturday-Sunday, and Holidays). 
    • Expedited shipping orders placed after 12pm PST Friday through Sunday will ship out next non-holiday weekday, so please add one more day when selecting your service (as Monday or next non-holiday weekday is when we ship orders out).
  4. What is a Pre-Order?
    • We have store orders in place with certain amounts of allocated pairs per size that are destined to arrive to our facility.  A Pre-Oder purchase allows our customer to purchase (reserve) a pair from our store orders.  We will then ship them out from our store within the given estimated dates at purchase.  Our store orders are typically placed months in advance with our business relationships with UGG, Birkenstock and other brands we carry. 
  5. Is your product authentic?
    • Yes. All of our product comes directly from the branded manufacturer as we are an authorized dealer of all brands we carry.
  6. How long does it take to get an email response?
    • Please allow 24 hours.  We are busy at work processing and shipping the hundreds of orders that are in. 
  7. Why don't you answer your phones?
    • We try our best to answer every call. We are a sit and fit store, so there are times when we are busy working with our customers in-store if we're not already on another line answering calls. November and December are the busiest months that may seem difficult to reach us, but rest assured we are working as fast as we can to get to everyone.
