Shipping method and delivery times
We strive to expedite all orders! Transit time will vary based on your location and takes between 2 to 7 business days. Orders placed before 12pm PST/3pm EST will ship same day (Monday-Friday) unless it's a holiday. Orders placed after 12pm PST/3pm EST will ship the next day, except on Friday's and Saturday's. Orders over the weekend will go out Monday or first non-holiday weekday.
We only ship to the continental U.S. and Canada.
International Orders - There may be additional duties/custom fees when picking up orders that customers are liable for and NOT VillageShoesFresno.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if records show that it was delivered. In the event your shipment is lost by USPS/UPS and records show undelivered, please email us at: VillageShoesFresno@gmail.com
Order cancellations can be requested, but must be done before receiving shipping confirmation email (Shipping confirmations can end up in spam folders at times). Cancellations must be done by email, VillageShoesFresno@gmail.com. Cancellations are subject to a $5 cancellation fee to cover processing fees.
Orders within California varies upon the amount ordered, and shipping costs start at $12.95 and up. Orders shipping outside of California varies upon the amount ordered, and shipping costs start at $17.95 and up.

Order will be ready in 4 hours provided the order is placed by 5pm PST. You will be notified via email* when your order is ready with instructions for pickup. Once you receive your pickup email, drive to the store, come in-store or park curbside in our reserved stalls at our store front. When you arrive, call the store (559.408.4051) and an associate will bring your order out and place it in your trunk or back seat. Please be ready to show your pickup email.
