SHIPPING POLICY / STORE PICKUP
Shipping method and delivery times
We strive to expedite all orders! Delivery times will vary based upon your location and can take between 2-6 business days. Online orders placed before 12pm PST/3pm EST will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm PST/3pm EST will ship the next business day. Friday orders received after 12pm PST/3pm EST and weekend orders will ship on Monday.
*Shoes with limited availability or orders of $130 or more may require a signature upon delivery to ensure receiving. Orders delivering to apartments will require signature upon delivery.
Business days refer to Monday-Friday with the exception of major US holidays.
We only ship to the U.S. (50 States) & Canada.
International Orders - There may be additional duties/custom fees (at the point of delivery) that customers are liable for and NOT VillageShoesFresno.com.
*We do not ship to third party mail/post boxes or to international shipping/container companies. USPS PO Boxes are acceptable for shipping orders.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if records show that it was delivered. In the event your shipment is lost by USPS/UPS and records show undelivered, please email us at: VillageShoesFresno@gmail.com
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations can be requested, but must be done within 1 hour from placing your non-expedited order. Expedited orders move quicker and must be done before 9am PST/12pm EST. Cancellations must be done by email, VillageShoesFresno@gmail.com.
Cancellations are subject to a $5 cancellation fee to cover processing fees.
Shipping Cost
Orders within California varies upon the amount ordered, and shipping costs start at $9.95 and up. Orders shipping outside of California varies upon the amount ordered, and shipping costs start at $12.95 and up.
Store Pickup*
IMPORTANT: Only The Cardholder Can Pick Up The Order.
Bring your government issued photo ID and pickup email confirmation.
Online orders must be picked up within 5 days or will be cancelled.
Free Curbside Store Pickup for all orders.
Select Store Pickup under shipping.
Store pick-up hours are the same as our store hours.
*While using Apple Pay, you may not be able to select store pickup due to your device's settings in Apple Pay.

Order will be ready in 4 hours provided the order is placed by 5pm PST. You will be notified via email* when your order is ready with instructions for pickup. Once you receive your pickup email, drive to the store, come in-store or park curbside in our reserved stalls at our store front. Please be ready to show your government issued photo ID and pickup email.
