Village Shoes Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from, you can return your item(s) for full refund* within 20 days of delivery after approved upon photo inspection. Refunds can only be made in the manor in which it was paid by. Lost or compromised credit cards will result in an E-Gift card since we cannot apply to replacement cards. Exchanges and store credits will be accepted within 30 days of delivery. (*excludes shipping)

Sale items are exchangeable within 30 days of delivery, but not refundable.  Store credit will be given via E-Gift Card after item is approved for return and received. This gift card can be used in-store and on our online store. In-store returns on sale items, may receive store credit for in-store use.

Final Sale & Clearance items are Final Sales (no returns, exchanges, credits or refunds)..

Exchanges (non-Clearance & non-Final Sale items) may be made via in-store. Exchanges and Returns must be unworn and in new condition as when received. They must be in the original packaging (e.g. same manufacturer's shoe box),

To start your return / exchange:

Please email us ( with your order number, reason for your return, and photos of top and bottoms of shoes along with branded box.  When we email you a return authorization, you will be given insturctions on how and where to return them.  You are responsible for your own shipping cost when returning any merchandise.  Any shipments sent without authorizations will be refused.  


In-Store Returns

Must present your order number by delivery/packing slip or email with your unworn item in its original box and contents. Items without proof of purchase or Items purchased from other establishments (e.g. will not be accepted.
